Our Credit Services
We assist you in selecting a loan or lease that matches your financial needs and circumstances. We work with a wide panel of lenders including major banks, non-bank lenders, and specialist finance providers to find competitive options tailored to you.
Our commonly used lenders include (but are not limited to) Pepper, Latitude, Plenti, Now Finance, MoneyPlace, and Money 3. Additional lenders may be engaged depending on your individual circumstances.
Information We Require
To ensure any loan or lease we recommend is suitable for your circumstances, we require you to provide accurate and complete personal and financial information. This protects you against unsuitable recommendations that could lead to repayment difficulties or financial hardship.
It is important that the information you provide is truthful and complete. If the information you give us is inaccurate, it may affect our ability to recommend a suitable product for you.
Preliminary Assessment
You may request a copy of your preliminary credit assessment at any time within seven years of receiving credit assistance from us. We will provide this within seven business days of your request, or within 21 business days if the request is made more than two years after the initial assessment.
Fee Structure
Origination Fees
We may charge an origination fee of up to $2,500 (GST inclusive). This fee is only charged if your loan proceeds to settlement. It is a one-off settlement fee that may be paid directly by you or included in your loan disbursement.
Third-Party Fees
Additional fees may include application fees, security registration fees, vehicle inspection fees, and other related costs. These will be detailed in your Credit Proposal document before you submit your application.
Commissions We Receive
Lenders pay us commissions that vary by provider and credit amount. These commissions are not directly charged to you but will be disclosed in your Credit Proposal.
Commissions We Pay
We may pay referral commissions to introducers such as real estate agents, dealerships, or other referral sources. These commissions are not directly payable by you.
Complaint Resolution
If you have a complaint about our services, please contact our Complaints Officer by phone, email, or mail. We take all complaints seriously and will endeavour to resolve your concern promptly.
If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may escalate the matter to the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA):

By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Credit Guide, agree to pay any quoted fees upon loan settlement, understand that fees may be included in your loan amount, consent to receiving disclosure documents electronically, and may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us.
